Ver 0.9
    First general release beta copy.  Only SVGA modes supported were ATI SVGA
    modes and all normal VGA modes on other cards.  Auto select only works on
    ATI Wonder cards.

Ver 1.0
    First release copy of PicView.  All SVGA chipsets supported.  Auto select
    works for all VGA and SVGA cards.  Hot key access to animate and screen
    selection windows.  Bug fixes from beta release copy.

Ver 1.1
    PalView introduced.  Bug fixes for Paradise memory check (sorry AST, but
    you'll get yours in 1.2), 800x600x16 on all cards, and normal 256 & 16 color
    modes on VEGA and Everex.  Fixed animation so no lockups on 8088/86
    processors.  Wanted to put a few more features in, but due to laziness on my
    part, didn't get around to it.  After all, had to get the damn out with bug
    fixes in.
